RAW Motivation…and more

RAW Fitness CREED

I promise to honor my Fitness goals

I promise to honor myself and my body

I promise to never, ever, ever quit, I know it may be hard, but if it wasn’t hard where is the challenge?!

I promise to understand the value of each workout, and push through, remembering; anything that opposes me makes me stronger!

I promise in every minute that I’m doing my best…then I will give more!

I promise to come to my workouts with a winning attitude, crying, whining, whimpering is for our beautiful newborns to communicate, NOT for workouts!

I promise to support my fellow RAWFit comrades with enthusiasm and encouragement, as I know what it feels like to be encouraged!

I promise NOT to cheat, as I know I only cheat myself and it will compromise my goals!

I am STRONG!

I am POWERFUL!

I am BEAUTIFUL!

I know I CAN!

I know I WILL!

I always BELIEVE in my abilities!

WE believe in you!

Let us help you find the key to your fitness success…

Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given, than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary.

“Impossible is nothing.”

Consult not your fears but your hopes and your dreams. Think not about your frustrations, but about your unfulfilled potential. Concern yourself not with what you tried and failed in, but with what it is still possible for you to do.”

– Pope John XXIII

The Optimist Creed

Day in and day out we are constantly having a conversation(s) with ourselves, these conversations when repeated daily will create an affirmative belief about ourself, others, life and all that is happening around us.

Take some time to create some positive affirmations, we are what we repeatedly tell ourselves!

I Promise myself:

To be so strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind.

To talk health, happiness and prosperity to every person I meet.

To make all my friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them.

To look at the sunny side of everything and make my optimism come true.

To think only of the best, to work only for the best and to expect only the best.

To be just as enthusiastic about success of others as I am about my own.

To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.

To wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile to every living creature I meet.

To give so much time to improving myself that I have no time to criticize others.

To be too large for worry, to noble for anger, to strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.

To think well of myself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud words, but in great deeds.

To live in the faith that the whole world is on my side, so long as I am true to the best that is in me.

I wish you much success, happiness and abundance!

Your coach,

Michelle
