Week off challenge!

Here it is!

This week your challenge is to do a 5km! YES you can do it 🙂

Technically that is 12x around a high school track, not so bad hey!

Or find a trail where you live and map it out or here is one by Whonnock lake.

Remember this is your personal challenge, take a timer and time it!

  • write down your time
  • write down your goal
  • did you walk the whole way, run, interval (walk and run) burpees! ……. just kiddin’ but hey you never know 🙂
  • Then do it again in a month! you will be pleasantly surprised 🙂

This is YOUR personal challenge, get yourself out there, grab your favourite music, your dog, your hubby, your best friend whatever it takes!

Post your time and any comments about your challenge, go and inspire others!!
