Date started with Raw Fitness: The first lunchtime workout,  September 13th 2010

Biggest accomplishment(s) so far: gaining strength

Favourite exercise(s):  I like doing the circuits, Squats with ball on shoulder

Your WHY? for doing this: to get into much better shape, and stronger muscle tone.

How it makes you feel vs. before you started (benefits):noticing some toner muscles in arms and legs and my core

Your recommendation for Raw Fitness training: try a class and you will be back.  It is a great workout and Michelle is an awesome motivator and coach.

Teresa, you came in with a big smile and positive attitude and it just keeps growing! You work hard in class and it is showing up! You’re right in saying you are gaining strength; IT SHOWS! Keep up your commitments Teresa
