Screamers! Or whatever you wish to call it 🙂 !

  • 3 Squats or (Jump Squats) – 1 Burpee
  • 6 Squats –  2 Burpee
  • 9 Squats – 3 Burpee
  • 12 Squats – 4 Burpee
  • REPEAT in REVERSE!  YES… REPEAT 🙂
  • You can do this one daily or every second day or add it to a workout!
  • Enjoy your week off RAW Fitters
  • Next session Jan.31!

    OMG Michelle!!! My pants look like the ones in the movie Tron!!

    This challenge is not as easy as it seems, but it feels good!!

    Okey girls my time:
    3 minutes and 20 seconds, it can be done faster for sure!
    I do it in the morning or in the office’s bathroom but my clothes are not really that comfortable for burpees haha!!

    What is your time??
