 8 Tips for Preventing Injury

  1.  Warm up before
  2. Stretch afterwards
  3. Shoulder joint should be kept loose
  4. Should blade down
  5. Maintain good posture throughout workout
  6. Efficient breath control-breath in through nose, out through mouth
  7. Keep core/abdominals strong and tight
  8. Keep back strong and flexible
